| Sumár projektu: | Our school wants to take part in international partnership because of the benefits of participation, such as: - improving the professional competences/skills in economical thinking, - improving the confidence of our students, focusing on personal features and language confidence, - improving the skills and necessary competences within collective work, - improving the language fluency and skills, - developing intercultural feelings and experience, - developing the EU understanding/awarness, throughout personal cooperation with other EU countries. The frame of the project objectives is strictly in accordance with the objectives of Erasmus+ . We have concentrated on these: - improving the level of key competences and skills of young people, including those with fewer opportunities, - to promote the participation in democratic life in Europe and in the international labour market, intercultural learning and understanding and solidarity by increasing learning mobility opportunities, - to support the development of knowledge, better use of EU transparency and recognition tools and certificates and the dissemination of good practices, - to enhance entrepreneurship, digital skills and multilingualism - language competences, etc. Theoretical knowledge should be linked with practical experience and we think that it should be done earlier then at the higher level of education. As the students programme is based on economical theory (management, supply management, human resource, trading, international trading, administration and correspondence, types of business, marketing, environmental and ethical issues of company activities, etc..) we strongly believe that to practice theoretical knowledge at the international level should be a part of this kind of education. We have in our school some very active and motivated students and we would like to widen their horizons, to offer them knowledge about different ways of work, life, up-to-dated technologies. We know (from our previous international cooperation) that they will be able to use acquired knowledge in their leaving exam, studies at universities and future work life. By an active participation they will become more skilled and experienced in fields they practice abroad.. They will become more familiar with application of English special vocational terms and finally students will become more independent, reliable and responsible that adds to their personal virtues to succeed in job interviews and later at work. Activities which will be carried out by the participants during these practical period of education are based on the subjects of their study programme: IT skills, business and communicative English, the economic units, personal competences, professional competences in marketing, management, trading and international trading, human resources etc. The participants are strongly asked to prepare the presentation because we want them: - to inform about the possibility to take part in an international training the younger students, - to inform about the support of EU in such programme, - to take/pass the leaving exams on economics in English and state exams in business English (which are the inevitable parts of the studies - the leaving exams in the 5th year). We expect our students will widen their horizons, get knew knowledge about different ways of work, life, up-to-dated technologies. They will be able to use acquired knowledge in their leaving exam, studies at universities and future work life. They will become more skilled and experienced in fields they will practice. They will be able to see things in different angles and will experience diversity of customs, traditions that we assume to be able to use in their future carriers of managers and leaders in global markets and get skilled in emotional intelligence. They will become more familiar with application of English special vocational terms and finally students will become more independent, reliable and responsible that adds to their personal virtues to succeed in job interviews. All in all, the expected benefits on the participants, will be arousing the European cooperation, developing European awarness including opening for other cultures, civilizations and very important - labour markets, awarness of learning foreign languages, the use of IT will increase. |
